Obtained from the pressing of Cabernet franc and suvignon (50%), Merlot (25%), Barbera (15%), Nebbiolo (10%) grapes and improved in oak casks. Ruby red in colour with a pleasant perfume, with good persistence and traces of forest undergrowth. Full-bodied wine with lingering traces of youth. It can be used all during the meal, especially suitable for main courses with cooked and cured meats.
