Obtained from selected Chardonnay grapes which are pressed very softly. Straw coloured with yellow-greenish highlights. It possesses a bouquet of rare elegance. Rich while delicate at the same time. Recommended above all with hors d’oeuvres, first courses, fish and seafood dishes. Serve cool at 12° centigrade.
