Obtained from pressed chardonnay grape marcs from the firm lands. Distilled in small copper boilers using a discontinuous steam method followed by craftsmen. Very delicate, dry but fragrant; it reminds one of the precious aromas of the grape from which it comes. Excellent as a digestive drink, especially appreciated if savoured after having dined with our wines and sparkling white wine from Franciacorta.
